Issue: My email is asking for login but it doesn't work even after I put my password in!
- Solution 1: Make sure you are using your computer login password (not PCC) and if that doesn't work please try logging out of your computer and logging in again.
- Solution 2: Press CTRL + ALT + DEL and click "Change a password" to manually reset the password, make sure to click the arrow and not cancel to confirm the change.
Issue: My email client is asking me to sign in but it won't accept my credentials!
- Solution: Make sure you are using Outlook and not the Windows Mail app (which looks like a blue envelope), if you open the start menu you will find Outlook listed there.
Issue: My email says its running out of space!
- Solution: Go through your trash and archive to delete as many old emails as you safely can. Focus on ones with attachments since they can take up lots of space. Restart Outlook once finished.
Issue: I am not able to receive / send emails!
- Solution: Restart Outlook and if the issue persists try logging out of your computer and logging in again.
