Common Printer Issues and Solutions

Issue: I can't find any printers!

Solution: Check that you are connected to Sun Mar WiFi / wired internet

Issue: I need access to a facility printer!

Solution: Click on the windows key, type printers and open the first result. Click add printer and add it from the list that appears.

Issue: My computer says print installation failed! (Error 740)

Solution: Please open a ticket with us to get this solved
